Delete your account

You're in control of your data. Here's how to permanently remove your account and everything tied to it.

  1. 1Open Arc Companion on your device and go to Profile → Settings.
  2. 2Tap “Delete account” and confirm. This is permanent.
  3. 3Your account, synced stash data and marketplace listings are removed within 30 days.

Can't access the app? Email support@arccompanion.io from your registered address and we'll process the deletion for you.
